    Agree. For Opportunities and Engagement to be truly useful like CRM software, we should be able to see all of the information for every profile truly "at a glance" or all in one place to see the full picture. We're trying to decide here whether to start using opportunities - but honestly, it does not appear from all the comments and feedback both with peers in our state and on this forum that anyone is truly finding it adds any value, which is frustrating because we are certainly paying handsomely for these features.

    Also just found this nugget buried in a section of the Tasks overview:

    "If Email On Task Create is enabled in System Data, then the user assigned to the task will receive an automated email."

    Yes, I was just testing this to see if we could use it but got a problematic response from Outlook, like it needed the recipient of the task reminder to reset their Outlook.

    I feel like these features should be easier to test to make sure they are foolproof?

    What is the status of this concern dating back to September? How can we possibly rollout a new Fund Advisor Portal function if we as admins can't directly assist the fund advisors by logging in to see what they see? Logging in from a separate browser also linked my login back to my admin account.

    I was just about to add this to the Lab and saw this! Why suddenly can users not use the "Login As" feature?!?! How can I help a Fund Advisor on the phone if neither of us can log in to that person's account? Another solution for a problem that did not exist!

    This is super important. The web platform we use does this super easily and treats each guest as a ticket holder, and keeps track of who made the registration and who has tickets assigned under that registration.

    Unfortunately we can't use our website to actually sell tickets because of the payment platform, and reading the basic stuff we're used to having in our web platform for free events - managing registrations, exporting RSVPs, etc. - is still not a function in Csuite makes me very nervous.

    Moving this idea back to Proposed.  This request is to create a recurring donation from the back end of CSuite and have ACH be a payment option (Currently it is only Stripe).
