Profile Updates: "Add Opportunity" and Active Opportunities Should Be On Engagement Tab, Not Relationship Tab
With the new profile updates, Add Opportunity is now under Relationships. Opportunities are an engagement strategy, not a link to another profile. Please either keep Add Opportunity on the left menu for all tabs or put it under the Engagement Tab. Please put Opportunities under the Engagement Tab.

Agree. For Opportunities and Engagement to be truly useful like CRM software, we should be able to see all of the information for every profile truly "at a glance" or all in one place to see the full picture. We're trying to decide here whether to start using opportunities - but honestly, it does not appear from all the comments and feedback both with peers in our state and on this forum that anyone is truly finding it adds any value, which is frustrating because we are certainly paying handsomely for these features.

I agree with both comments and agree that the main design style that attracted us to CSuite was the "all at a glance look" where you could scroll and see all levels of engagement and opportunities.
If the tabs are in fact here to stay, can we add a counter for Engagement and Relationships as well like there are for Notes and Files? Then at least staff will know they need to click to view.
If customization to layout preference cannot be offered, perhaps one to three layout options could be made available. Similar to the layout of Microsoft Office for Outlook as an example - ranging from tab layout to scrolling layout.

Same for us.
What would be even better is if every site could decide what options appear under each tab. For our organization, we want to see fewer tabs. We miss not being able to see the full view of a profile. We prefer scrolling over clicking!
