An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa Diehl commentedSimilarly, it would be nice to have an option for an application to be marked as "Inactive" (as oppossed to "Abandoned"). Another option could be "Withdrawn".

An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa Diehl commentedYes, please!
It would indeed be very helpful for us to have a file automatically move to "Abandoned" if there has been no activity in a year. It would keep us from having to mark a ton of files individually.
OR at least be able to do a Batch "Mark as Abadoned".Lisa Diehl supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa Diehl commentedI would WELCOME dates to show on the workflow page of LOI Drafts and Application Drafts also. As it stands, under the Drafts, we don't know if drafts are 4 years old or 4 days without opening every single file. It would help greatly to see dates on Drafts just like you do for Submitted and Completed.

An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa Diehl commentedEven though the instructions and example are VERY clear, we continue to have contact applicants who enter the state wrong. Either they add a "." after the state abbreviation or they enter it as capital letter, then lower case, which the system won't accept.
So, a drop down list where they just choose their state would alleviate any issues at all.Lisa Diehl supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa Diehl commentedAnd yes, Vonda is right - the word "Abandoned" freaks out applicants! LOL
Lisa Diehl supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa Diehl commentedI would also welcome an option for "Withdrawn".
It's a GREAT idea.
While I don't use it often, the need does come up occasionally and the only option that somewhat fits is "Abandoned" - but it's not correct.
Yes, a "withdrawn" option would be AWESOME.
Glad to hear it's in the long-term product road map.
OR a status that says "Withdrawn" would be VERY helpful also.
(I actually see that I commented on an idea for a "withdrawn" tab a year ago. LOL)
