Pull report by date
I would like to be able to pull a report by date. For example all grants paid between June 1, 2016 and October 31, 2016.

This would be fantastic for our team. We have a lot of pushback from our accounting department because we can't provide them with a system-generated report by specific dates. This function would save my team and me a lot of time and allow us to focus more on our giving initiatives.

From an accounting perspective, this would be immensely helpful to have in the reporting tool. Now, if we don't pull our reports on the date(ie. December 31, month end) or halt payment entry, etc., into the system until all necessary reports have been pulled. For example, as of the end of a January I need to know all of the Foundation's future commitments. So before any February activity, I need to pull all of these reports and save them. If activity has been entered for the next period before I can pull them I have to go and manually tease that out.
We have figured out work arounds generally, but an as of date in the reporting tool would be tremendously helpful.

More specifically, I would like to be able to to use payment tracking to quickly and easily identify all grants PAID within a specific date range. Currently one is only able to select on DUE date and then have to export the data to sort on payment date. Too complicated and awkward. We have updated our quick export to include payment date, but still it would be so much quicker and easier to be able to select a date range based on Payment Date in addition to Due Date.
