This would be a really excellent feature. We have tens of grants in which forms were never complete, but I'd still like to close them. If I close them now, it marks the forms complete. A closed/incomplete status would be very helpful, as long as it clearly identified that the previous grant was closed with forms incomplete for future decision making.

I would like to see this as well, but perhaps in a slightly different way. I would like to be able to set "flags" for organizations. One might be out of business, but another could be that the board has requested a break from funding the particular organization. Like an organization comment, but of high enough importance that it shows in a prominent way on multiple screens.

Ultimately, when the relationship manager on a grantee side changes hands, we want to know. It helps us provide appropriate training to them, touch base with them, build a relationship with them, and we can keep track of who is who. I don't like the workload it creates to have to be manually adding people all the time, but if we can't keep track of the changeovers in a meaningful way I think it could have an adverse effect on our ability to serve our partners.
I don't think an email notice would be helpful, personally. I get GLM email overload with over 500 active grants at any given time that are constantly changing their organization information and submitting things. I think this notice would get lost if it were an email. Perhaps a notice in GLM itself when you opened the organization? Or it appeared in the Organization Summary in some obvious way?

If this goes into place I would like to see it as an opt-in feature. We like to know when folks turn over, so it is helpful for us to work with them to make these changes.

Because installments are now forms, I have created a "returned or rescinded grant funds" installment form. We can use this for grant returns or grants that were rescinded. They are 'negative' installments, with 'negative' payments if it also involves a return of grant funds. Then, you can easily identify what they are - as they are under that specific form type - and we have special questions to record what happened that only appear on this installment type.

I would like this as well! Additionally, I would like admin only fields for this. Specifically, we have "flags", so to speak, for some organizations (such as, pause funding until 2020 etc). It would be great to have this somewhere more prominent than in an organization comment.

This would be very helpful! I have certain reports for month end, year end, etc. I would love to be able to put them in folders. I know the reporting software isn't build by Foundant, so I understand that you can't always make changes like that - but it would be super helpful!

Just commenting on this again - would still love the ability to have multi currency functionality built in. Installments as forms helps some, but it would be better to have a system field so that award amount and such can be in multiple currencies.
