Timing of Automated Emails
Hi there. I notice that some of the automated emails I have set up in my processes are sent out by the Foundant system at odd hours of the night. Recently I had a batch of reminder emails that were sent through the Foundant system at 2:00 AM. It would be wonderful if I could set a time for those emails to go out, or at the very least to have the system send automated emails at a more reasonable hour. My concern is that if grantees have email and notifications set up on their phone, my reminder email might wake them in the middle of the night causing unnecessary stress. Thank you.

If it's easiest to set a standard time across all instances of GLM and SLM clients, it would seem most broadly appropriate to set the time to something more reasonable. 4 p.m. would even be better than 4 a.m.

Right now, our grantees receive their reminder emails for follow-up forms at 4:00am. (We have the 14 day and 1 day reminders turned on.) I have reached out to support several times about this, and there is no way to change it! I don't want our grantees' cell phones to be pinging at four o'clock in the morning. It would be great if we could decide what time these are sent!

It would also be helpful to schedule emails for scholarships so all applicants can be notified at the same time.

Many of our deadlines are on a Friday (I don't want grantees working on weekends to meet any of our deadlines), so most of our notices go out on the weekend. I would like the ability to set the window for when auto-emails are sent (i.e. during working hours on a non-holiday weekday). I really do want our grantees to rest on weekends, holidays, and non-work hours and hate having auto-emails being sent on my/the Foundation's behalf at any of these times.

Our auto emails are sent out at 4 am EST, and yes it has woke up some of our grantees. YIKES! I would love it if it could be arranged around the different time zones. Or even at 6 am MST which would be 8 am EST. That would be great!
Thanks for your consideration!

10am on weekdays is ideal.
