Or at least remove the autopopulate feature! We, too, issue all approvals on the same date. But we change the status to approved only after confirming details with the Recipient - so we are entering the data on 12/15/25, but the approval date is actually 11/10/25. And even if you overwrite it when you start entering data on the approval form - if you don't complete the process, it reverts to current date. Annoying, but also leads to bad data!

Yes! A custom field would be incredibly helpful. We end up using "Other" often, and its not helpful to the users.

This would be so helpful! If we could download all attachments (including attachments to forms) in one packet that would allow us to quickly remove these documents from the system, which gets bogged down with all the data being stored.

This would be very helpful. We use a Grant ID as a "key field" and being able to search by that ID would be tremendously useful.

YES! The term is outdated. Even if it can't be customized, if we could at least call it a "pre-application" that would help, although I realize this doesn't resolve the issue for the OP :-(

This is very important for us. We often have one staff member completing an initial review, but the ED needs to give the final approval. Right now we create lots of work arounds, but it is very difficult to tell who is to do what and when.

This is very important to us, because the "submission date" starts a clock ticking - we have 30 days to get a response to them from the date they submit a complete and accurate form. If we revert to draft, they have to resubmit - the clock starts at the resubmit date, not the original date.
