As Dedie mentioned, there are a number of areas in CSuite where the ID also isn't even visible when searching - like custom reports when filtering by profile, merging profiles and selecting the other profile, changing the grantee on a grant, etc. It would be a big help if the ID was at least included in the search results after the name. If we could also search by ID in addition to name, that would be great also. Without this, there's a higher chance for mistakes. Sometimes, we have to keep guessing at the search until the right record is selected.

After review by our engineering team, we are moving this back to proposed. The school name populates if using Post by Payment. The reason it does not without that option is that the scholarship populates the fund statement on the post date, and the school is assigned on the payment lines, which could be later than the post date.

It would help if we could filter funds to assign grant approvers in bulk instead of manually assigning approvers for each fund.

It would also be helpful if the notification email we receive included details about the actual change, instead of just a general email that a change was made.
