Request #2 and #3 are complete. There is a content block that can be customized in Portal Options: Portal Options>Portal Content>Profile tab>portal_profile_header. The option to logout has been moved to the top menu next to change profile.

Note: Files can be uploaded and submitted with a grant request through the portal.

I'm voting for the second of these choices - we need the ability to better manage what is required for grant requests. If not additional questions, we need a content area above the grant description where we can explain more about what is needed.

In Portal Options>Giving Hub Settings> select edit. There is an option to display fund image. If an image is on a fund record it will display. I assume this request is for the Portal?

This came up during a 10/17 CSuite Group Training on the Portal. Ideally, we would like to have a choice in what icon / image (or just name) is displayed on the funds listed when a fund advisor logs into the portal.

When I login as a Fund Advisor and then make an update to the contact information or username, the system log simply shows the change was made by "system" not by someone OTHER THAN the fund advisor.
Similarly, if I login as the fund advisor and make a grant request, the request shows that the request was made by the Fund Advisor, not by me proxied in as the Fund Advisor.
Is there any way for you to record in the system log and grant request when an action has been completed by someone else proxied in as the Fund Advisor? We feel this is critical for audit purposes.

Full agreement Joel. We were stumped by this new permission and are still trying to wrap our heads around it. But it seems that if you do not have Full Access, you can no longer create a report. Is that how it is supposed to be working? If yes, then we are wondering what the report permission choice of "Edit Custom Report" now is supposed to be? This new permission has created more confusion than helped us, I'm afraid.

Would like to add that Login Info is not the most important thing most of our staff are needing to know about a profile. It should not fall so high in priority tab order.
