Opportunity Task Workflow
We are using opportunities and opportunity tasks to help with reporting on development activities. This often requires creating an number of tasks to detail some of the ongoing activities in a more dynamic way than is offered by a recurring task.
I would love to see a new function in opportunities to add a "Task Flow" which would add a list of tasks and time frames at once. These flows could be custom designed for different development activities in an ideal world and could even further follow advanced logic if built out completely.
For example: A development lunch.
Flow would automatically add:
A call to set up the meeting with a date selected.
A lunch task with no date or 14-21 days out
A Mailed thank you task 1 day after the lunch.

If these could be preset when we build an opportunity to correspond with the appropriate stage, that would be wonderful!

Creating a Task workflow is critical for our development team. It would make our development efforts consistent across all development staff and efficient in our time. Currently we are manually doing it and its not the same across the board. We would like to create a flow for the entire staff to know what to do when.

This would be huge for us because we are using opportunities for a "new fund" and multiple people here touch these new funds and we have several tasks we have to add to multiple people in a certain order. It is very cumbersome trying to add all those individual tasks each time.

Another example might be a Prospect Research Flow which would add:
A research task to Team member 1 due 7 days from now
A research task to Team member 2 due 7 days from now
A research task to Team member 3 due 7 days from now
Then a group touch base to decide if we move forward with a prospect 14 days later.
