This would be huge for us because we are using opportunities for a "new fund" and multiple people here touch these new funds and we have several tasks we have to add to multiple people in a certain order. It is very cumbersome trying to add all those individual tasks each time.

This would most definitely make this less confusing. Right on the front of the fund advisor portal when you are on a fund it lists all the "Fund Advisors" on the front page and it is super confusing. Our statement recipients for designated funds are not always a "Fund Advisor" but get called one in CSuite because they need to receive a statement.

The ability to take away the Grant Request tab by certain fund groups. I feel as if this makes it confusing to some fund advisors. Not all of our funds request grants like scholarships and designated funds we automatically pay out to the org every year. I would hate to get requests for no reason if we can prevent that from happening.

Yes- we need something as Becky stated with adding a column that calculates the % as well! How far underwater they are decides if we will invade principal and send out a grant or not. This will actually get rid of a huge off the system report we currently have.
