    100 percent. I have using Csuite for years and some of this just doesn't make sense. Imagine being a new user.

    Also, include sample reports as starting points. Every other reporting system has templates.

    Why is this so hard? Why bother creating it if you're not going to make it usable for most users.

    This is really a no brainer. Most Csuite communications are hitting spam filters and it's driving our donors and daf holders nuts.
