I just proxied as one of my applicants who has 23 programs active across our grant cycles and the applicant dashboard is so chaotic and difficult to follow (attached are examples). In order to help my applicants I had to update my form names to include the grant cycle. Would it be possible for the applicant dashboard to reflect more like the admin page so they can see what's due/filter/organize/etc.? I think the current setup works great for those who only have one program funded, but not for multiple programs.

*Program Titles from an Applicant's Perspective* I've noted this before and also agree with the others regarding the program/project titles. I had one applicant suggest this "I did want to see if there is a way to have the boxes where the information is stored in the system with to-do items, can those somehow be labeled by program so we can see what they are for? As an example, we might have 30-40 items/boxes in the system that need attention, but you have to click on each one to see what the program is…it does make it a little more difficult in trying to find a program to work on information, as they are not identified in the home screen, with the exception of CSF or MHF. I hope that makes sense? I might also not be looking at it the right way, and if that is the case, can you show me how to filter them by program name?"

It might even be beneficial to have an applicant dashboard that mirrors the administrative side.

I love the new update on the applicant dashboard that allows all grant users to see the form titles and the person each form is assigned to. This will be extremely beneficial for all the agency representatives who work on the grant together.

Is there a way for all users to automatically have viewing rights so they can see the actual form details that are due and submitted?

As, I noted in a previous posting in another section of the idea lab.

"I have several agencies with multiple representatives involved in the grant process. I'd love for a way to allow non-assigned applicants to view all forms (during all statuses) and have the option to submit forms, or create an "all-inclusive collaborate" option so the person who initially applies can allow others to submit any forms and not one specific follow-up."

Another idea is to have the collaborative option more visible on the applicant dashboard. The only place I can find it is within the follow-up form.

All of our GLM applicants/grant awardees are using the new dashboard. We have applicants who have 2-10 programs under each grant cycle. It would be incredibly helpful if each task box on the applicant page would show the project name/program name under the grant cycle so applicants can easily see which program they are submitting documents to. The current style is visually appealing for applicants with one project but is messy for those who have multiple projects.

Since we have two grant cycles running simultaneously and have multiple agencies who have more than one program (who we fund under both grant cycles), I've had to go into each process follow-up form and re-name each form to include the grant cycle so the applicant has a idea of what task relates to each cycle.
