This would be really helpful, we have a lot of notes imported from our old CRM and continue to add notes now so some profiles and funds have a very long list of notes and it can be a lot of scrolling. It is especially challenging when emails are saved because there is a lot of empty space and signatures etc.

I agree with the comments Sidney, Davette, and Joel said. Especially for larger community foundations, having bulk-friendly tools to import and in system to process items on a filtered list. Currently we can bulk create opportunities - really only nice for generic opportunities to a broad group like fundraising and doing a type of outreach. Or setting the stage - which often for us is not based on a group of profiles necessarily. Bulk editing, closing, importing are all tools that would be helpful.

This would be great - I spend more time than I would like adding and deleting the fund categories when I often just need to edit the link.

I agree - it is critical to make it easy to make grants to foundation funds, and it should be easy for foundations to promote this to their fund advisors.

This would be great - we have set up an internal policy on how many outreach attempts we make and when we clear the cart. It would be great to remove it on the back end and have that record rather than logging in as the advisor.
