This would be helpful, there aren't a lot of great options for board portals out there and to have one with a community foundation focus that is connected to our system would be great. Tracking votes, documents, and having options for email communications.

This is a great idea, our grants manager just requested this as well. We have quite a few support orgs, corporate giving programs, and some donors who send a request either with an excel file or email. It is great that we can bulk import those grants with the csv, but we'd like to attach the same backup doc to those grants as a pdf as a reference in the future. Right now our grant manager is taking the time to do this individually with the grants, which takes a long time. Especially at end of year when we are processing 1,000+ grants a week this takes up a lot of time. We love the bulk features of CSuite and adding this would be really beneficial.

The login log is a tool we leverage when troubleshooting and it is important that we have the full picture of them logging in.

This is great, but I would emphasize that it would be great to be a true integration and not limited to the powerforms. I think that GLM/SLM has that true integration but some vendors say they have an integration and it is only limited to the powerforms and for the complexity of agreements we would want it to not be limited to that as the forms have a lot of room for error and high waste of envelopes.

This is an interesting idea - allowing more flexibility and options to do payments will be great especially working with more tech minded individuals.

This would be a great communication tool. Communication teams are limited in what they can put in front of donor's eyes and this would be great to include. Especially if there was one for the first time they log in.

I also appreciate the add note to CSuite outlook integration. In addition to adding to profile opportunities, it would be nice to have expanded features in the add note, such as selecting the note type. It would also be nice if the integration could show who the steward is for a profile. Sometimes donors email a different steward and we want to make sure the current steward reaches out (or for various other scenarios) we want to see who the steward is of the email in front of us, it would be great if in addition it found the profile in system and could display the steward. I also someday hope that notes could have custom fields and if they ever do, would like the option to select custom fields from the outlook integration.
