This suggestion is still very relevant, especially now that question labels are required on all forms. We used to work around this with a blank question label that just had instructions of "If you selected "other" above, please briefly describe here." Now that we can't leave question labels blank, we are having to have a bunch of new questions that are cluttering up our application.

Yes, the ability to somehow designate the program officer "assigned" an awarded grant would be very helpful when it comes time to review follow ups and issuing additional grant payments. Currently administrators are notified when follow ups come in or a payment is due. Then Admin has to look up who is the assigned program officer and send them the info. Huge opportunity for streamlining workflow here.

We need a feature like this also for our award letters. We use the merge templates to generate award letters. But we can't generate them in bulk and attach them to the individual files. Instead, we need to do them one-by-one 200 times. It takes all of the efficiency out of the merge templates feature.
