Thanks for sharing this idea Berit! I was thinking the same thing. I would like to have this option in both SLM and GLM - on the SLM side it would help me draw attention for applicants to any process updates while in the application cycle or follow-up period. In GLM, I'd like to be able to draw their attention to ensuring organization information is up to date prior to a grant cycle, and provide important announcements during a cycle. I appreciate it as an admin to receive these updates from Foundant when I log in, so I am aware of any updates or changes. I'd like to have our users receive the same type of experience from us.

I'd really like this to be available as well. As we add new opportunities in our universe, it helps me stay organized if I can have them in my preferred order.

I would also like to be able to reorder scholarship opportunities in the UA like I was able to do with individual processes. As I have further new scholarships in development, for my organizational purposes I'd like to be able to incorporate them in the opportunity list where they fall and not just have to add them to the end of the list. Just "alpha order" doesn't work since it will only grab the first letter of the opportunity name to use in ordering them.

On the vouchers page, I would like for the ability to alpha sort the Grantee or Fund Columns to come back please. I used to be able to do it with no problem - now it no longer works and I have to jump all over the page when proofing and confirming vouchers and letters for our check runs. The tops of the columns appear like the function is still there but clicking it does nothing. Please bring back column sorts.

We've built this into our award acceptance & follow-up form, and provide clear guidelines for the expectation of what should be submitted (including who it's addressed to, what information to include, proper greeting and closing, etc.). Then we include an upload field - encouraging them to complete their letter within a .doc or .pdf format and then uploading it (to help ensure good formatting and grammar/spell check capabilities to minimize errors). That way we're also able to download and print them to share with donors easily. If what we've asked isn't initially received, the form is marked incomplete until the items to be adjusted or that are missing are included in the form. It helps us to maintain accountability with the recipient for the scholarship award. I understand this may be adjusted on a case by case basis depending on the nature of the scholarship/award. We build the 'follow-up form' on the information we need to ensure integrity in each process. I'd think you could edit the "follow-up" to be just the guidelines and either field or upload for them to include the thank you letter if that is all you need. (It would at least help you in the short term until another solution comes available.)
