Custom Logon Page Message
Hello - I am finding myself a little frustrated this time around when attempting to update my logon page message (for both SLM and GLM portal login pages). Even if I format outside of the page and copy to paste it in as I'd like it to display, it is now pulling everything left and not holding the formatting.
My bigger ask to help solve this is can we have better rich text tools in the editing of the Logon Page Message under settings in both SLM and GLM? I'd like the ability to first and foremost choose the alignment (center, not just left aligned). It would also be helpful to be able to choose font and font size (instead of just the "header" options). Or I'd just like my formatted message to be able to be pasted in and have it hold (it had in the past). I want updates and instruction on the login page to be able to be clear to help applicants on both sides know the information related to process times, when/how to log in, and who to contact.
Thank you for your consideration!

As a foundation that uses both GLM and SLM, we are having people struggle to log into the correct portal at times. We've done everything we can think of to make sure they navigate to the right one, but if they accidentally land on the wrong one, there's hardly anything to distinguish the landing pages from each other. It would be great to be able to customize some language in the header to welcome them to the portal they are on; to draw attention to where they've landed and hopefully alleviate some of the confusion. Thanks!

We would love the ability to customize the header with text. As a foundation that uses both GLM and SLM, we constantly have people logging in to the wrong site because all they see is the logo. If they look at the login box they can read more, but frankly most people don't. The only way we have to differentiate between the 2 sites is the color scheme at the bottom and very similar urls.
Just some generic text to say welcome to the Grants page - would be helpful.

Hi Andrea, I 100% agree with you. Having better rich text tools would be ideal so that we can format and brand our pages and forms how we'd like. In the meantime, I've started using the code view to accomplish this on our site. Here's an example of what I've done: https://community.foundant.com/funders_community_foundations/discussion/3000/logon-page-ui-design-options
Happy to connect if you'd like!
