   This is an issue for our organization as well. We need the ability to assign follow-ups to multiple users, users are allowed to re-assign a follow-up to another user, or there should be collaboration allowed on follow-ups. I vote for all three.

   The point of being able to assign multiple applicants the follow-up is so that the applicant does not have to add collaborators and also so that the automatic notification email goes to multiple people.
