admin attach additional documents to slm request
I would like to propose adding functionality to the SLM Admin role to allow admins to attach documents to SLM opportunity requests that are not part of the application itself. For example, sometimes we receive letters of recommendation for students which have already been submitted by another recommender, or I have to compile some details about the student/situation that are pertinent to my reviewers' understanding of the application. It would be great to be able to hit an "attach a document" button within the Document Viewer to add an additional upload on that particular student's opportunity.
