We keep a short message on our Apply page directing applicants to our website for more information about our programs and open application periods. When we enabled the new applicant dashboard, that language now shows in a box (similar to a grant program), but has a default yellow background color with no way to adjust the font size, color, or placement. There should be a better way to display this wording. If we remove it, when we don't have any open applications available the Apply page would be completely blank other than the Access Code box which would create more questions and people reaching out thinking that they are missing something.

Yes! I posted a similar request in the Idea Lab several months ago. It would be so nice to have internal staff assigned to the follow-up like they are to the request itself so that the follow-ups show on their dashboard as something for them to be aware of and take action on when needed.
