When both the Giving Hub and new Portal are enabled, there is an option to add a Login to the Giving Hub main menu. This will allow a User to login to their profile prior to donating. If a profile is logged in prior to making a donation, a new profile will not be created.

This just released today..This should help with the reporting.
6/11/2025:Custom Reports: Added a new "CC Fee Donation" boolean field to donation reports. This enhancement allows users to easily identify and filter donations where credit card fees were covered. The field is now available as both a report column and a filter option, offering more flexibility when customizing donation reports.

I wish I could add 10+ votes to this. We really need a way to customize our workflow better than what we have now. I disabled the grant check documents so I could get rid of the documents tab, but now I can't print grant letters at all. OR I don't have a way to actually find them. We can do better than this for the money we pay for this system.

Please make this possible. Very frustrating to have to log in separately into Idea Lab and Compass sites. I now have 3 different passwords because I had to change one and it wouldn't allow me to use the one prior.

Currently when you click "process documents" to print grant letters, the letters are by batch. It would be great if there was a way to "check all" or select which individual ones we want to print and which we want to "mark as sent" without having to go into each individual batch ID.
This would be very helpful with scholarships because we don't always print them in batches and I haven't been able to mark all of them as complete because it would take way too much time to go through each individual one.
