    Restricting access to follow ups is very unhelpful to portal users, especially given the high turnover rate at nonprofit organizations. It makes GLM a much less useful tool for applicants, and limits the ability of new employees to review application history.

    It would be great to customize by Process since some evaluation questions only appear on certain processes. The dashboard would be more useful to the Evaluator if they could sort applicants based on their responses to a custom evaluation question.
