Please remove case-sensitivity when entering data into email and website fields in organization records. I spend a lot of time editing these fields because of error messages prompted by uppercase letters when actual functionality isn't impacted by case in either emails or websites.

Merge Document data - for total scholarships paid
We are a scholarship organization and award students for four years of their undergraduate study. When they graduate (approx. 100/year), we send them a congratulations letter and remind them that we gave them $xxx.xx of money, and when they can, to repay the amount in order for us to continue our fund and grow. On your "User Summary Page" you compile the total amount of scholarship aid that we have approved and/or paid for a given student in four years, however, it is not possible to take that total figure and merge the total $ value into our graduation letters.…

Application text not edit
Change Application hyperlink text from Edit to Start and/or Continue.
Many of our grant applicants are confused with the use of the word "Edit" when accessing their applications. I'd prefer a switch to Start for those just beginning and/or a "Continue" if they have already begun work or only 1 word is usable for both circumstances.

Easily send batch email to all users
We would like to send a batch email to all users. We have over 1500 users and the system allows only 200 at a time. So, we have to manually check 200 boxes eight times to send the email. Is there an easier way?

Run a 990 Report Part XV
Taking the blank 990 .pdf form and having the ability to run a report with fields directly matching up with my grant awards would make our life easier when preparing Part XV of our annual returns.

admin access to foundant
I have some admin help to (add comments, upload thank you notes to shared documents, generate letters and envelops) but I don't want to give them administrative access. I don't believe there is a user id with the right access for someone helping but not granting whole system.

Multiple "Your Evaluation" Pages
We are a scholarship organization and have two sets of evaluators. High School Counselors evaluate student applications first. Their "side-by-side" evaluation page says, "Your Evaluation". Our Board members then review the student applications as well as the High School Counselor's evaluation. The Board members "side-by-side" evaluation page also says, "Your Evaluation" - why?
Can you change the "side-by-side" dialog box headings for the Counselors to say "Evaluator 1" and the "side-by-side" dialog box headings for the Board members to say "Evaluator 2". Make applications anonymous by process rather than system wide.
Make applications anonymous by process rather than as a system change. For foundations that only have a few scholarships, controlling the blind application status through the process would still allow for regular review of grants that are also in an open cycle.

Accurately Naming Documents
In the Status Change log, it would be very helpful if the log showed the actual name of the form regardless of where it is at in the process. Identifying them by actual type and name would allow for complete confidence with the dates submitted, which we require on our payment requests.

Authenticate Page
Instead of having the authenticate page appear is it possible to have a message with a link to the system appear? The authenticate screen doesn't work and it ends up causing my staff and grantees frustration. It would be ideal if instead a page with a friendly message would appear and there would be a link to login again.

Would like to have the installment payments not automatically divided in equal parts. Awkward to have to then go back and edit installments.

applicant tutorials
It is difficult to find the current version of the Applicant Tutorial on the Help page or "Base Camp" page for us to put into our emails to potential grantees. As this is something that all Foundations need to instruct all their grantees on basic help, it should really be the first thing people see, not hidden three or four steps deep into the BaseCamp page. Please put the most frequently used instructions at the top.

Add commas in dollar amounts in the Electronic Grant Agreement and Final Report Form
When a dollar amount (for example, $1,000,000.00) is copied from the Approval form to the Electronic Grant Agreement and the Final Report, it is without commas ($1000000.00) in the electronic version, which looks amateurish and is hard to read. Strange that this happens since it's a shared question. Can this be fixed?

Allow viewable comments from Reviewers/Evaluators when printing Evaulation Summary
There is a panel of 12 reviewers. When printing/viewing the evaluation summary for each application it would helpful to be able to review each evaluator's comment for each question (if they made one) instead of just the Additional Comments section at the end.

Request Summary as hub, not new pages for "application" or "follow up"
When you are on the request summary screen, all tabs are available, you can tab between them. All critical information is available from this screen (in the tabs) and that's great.
Then, when you click to open the application, it brings to the "application" page, which has different tabs (and you can't access the decision form any longer). Same thing when you open a follow up, you are taken to the "follow up" screen which has different tabs (and no longer has the "follow ups" tab so you cant see the list). I would rather have the application or follow…

Communications tab
On the communications tab it would be great to not have Organization name nested under contact name. I am generally trying to review this by organization, not individual, so it would be helpful to have a column for each. I would also like to see process included as a column (but that can wait for custom columns).

Delete Button
Is it possible to have a box on the left side of each file/folder in the Shared Documents that allow you to delete ONE or ALL files/folders? We use these once a month and then delete but as of right now I have to delete each one individually. Your thoughts?
