  1. Currently, SLM has no "delete committee" functionality, so every committee you ever set up stays visible and junks up the view. I would like to delete one year's committees and set up the new year's committees, as personnel change from year to year. Thanks!

  3. If an applicant uploads an iPhone photo (.heic photo) then you will not be able to view it within the system. You will need to download it to your computer first. Would like to be able to view .heic photos within the system.

  4. Similar to a CRM, or email software.. Being able to add "tags" to an organization would be extremely helpful.

    Some grant opportunities are specific to certain organizations based on location, the cause they represent (arts, animals, economic development, etc.) or possibly the size of organization/if they are new.. and so on.

    Utilizing a tag system would allow us to search for these characteristics quickly and batch email vs. going through our entire organization list and hand-picking who is eligible every time we announce a new grant opportunity.

    One argument is to send each opportunity to everyone on our list, but…

  5. Check Memo is a great addition in C-suite, it would be great to have the field in GLM/SLM and set the memo there. This would allow for our grants and scholarship team to set the memo and not have to wait for the grant to be created in c-suite to go in and set the memo.

  8. On numerous occasions, I have been asked how many organizations were declined for a specific process in a prior year, and which organizations were declined. It would be helpful to see this from the dashboard. Currently, denial drafts are visible, but not denials. Since there is no way to see this from the dashboard, I need to create a report to obtain this information which seems like a lot of effort for something that should be quickly accessed from a dashboard.   9. On the back end of SLM, we can see a total dollar amount for all scholarships awarded to an applicant in the request history. It would be helpful for scholarship applicants to see a total dollar amount as well. Right now, they have to select "View Details" and then "Award Details" to view the amount they have been awarded. This means they have to go through all those steps and manually calculate the total scholarship award amount.

  10. Grant adjustment documentation and automation (new idea) – I want to have a special workflow where I can have an “amendment form” that, if approved, will push out due dates, adjust the grant purpose, etc. while still retaining the original terms agreed to.

  11. We have over 50 applicant processes, rather then make 1:All other processes that have Copy functionality enabled, could we have a group by function with the Copy Functionality?

    IE Process 1 - 10 are of one group and they can copy between each other then 11-15 are of another group and they can copy between each process.

  12. It would be nice to be able to see how much traffic our Foundant site gets from applicants. For example, does traffic go up after we run social media posts? We can currently run a report to show applications in any status, but that doesn't capture everything, like people who log in to work on an application that remains in draft status.

  13. I find the language on the Universe confirmation page confusing. It says the applicant is eligible for the following opportunities, it's not 100% clear that the applicant must continue to apply. I'd suggest moving the blue "Continue" button to the top, or changing the message to read: "Based on your answers, you may apply for the scholarships listed below. Click the blue Continue button at the bottom of the page to complete the applications."

  15. The ability to turn off the 'preview' button (per process) on the public apply page would be helpful. If the Eligibility phase is being used or if the application form in a process has a lot of branching, the preview does not accurately represent the application requirements.

    Alternatively, it'd be great to be able to insert a custom link so that users are taken to an informational page/pdf when they click the preview button.

  16. When creating merge documents, it would be really useful to be able to include attachments that are uploaded to applications into a Word document. Currently this can be done when creating PDFs but not Word docs.

  18. I would like to see an option to rename a request in the process of copying it. Kind of like a 'save as' process, if I were able to add in a word or two to the end of the Project Name in the process of copying it, that would be very handy.

  19. It would be great if the admin could set both a minimum and maximum character count for such questions as "Integer." For example, if we require a 7-digit number, we can set the maximum to 7 characters, but we don't have a way to set the minimum character count to 7 as well, which can contribute to mistakes with ID submission.

  20. We'd like to be able to insert the "next installment" in our letters to grantees vs. a table that shows all installments. At this time the table is our only option aside from merging the total award amount.
