Setting follow-up dates for mid-month
Add a setting for follow-up reports to be scheduled for mid-month, not just beginning and end of months.

Because I can't auto set a quarterly report date for mid-month of last month in a fiscal quarter, I will have to create 12 separate reports with specific dates.
