copy application - applicants
It would be great, when copy form is allowed for applicants, internal questions would come in blank. That way it's a "fresh" form for us, if that makes sense.

I agree with this! For our main grant process we have an LOI form that "hides" the rest of the application because building out a formal LOI section does not fit our needs. Part of our internal questions screen applicants for eligibility and which funds they are aligned with before opening the full application to them. When applicants copy their application, it pulls those answers from previous years and allows them full access to the application off the bat. This is a problem for two reasons: 1. I am not aware that they have started an application until it is submitted. 2. I cannot screen the organization/project for eligibility and funding alignment before they have access to the full application. If for some reason, their organization is no longer legally eligible to apply (has lost their 501c3 status, etc.) OR if the project does not align with our funding areas, it is a big waste of time for our organizations to move through the entire application when I could've had a conversation with them and provided them this feedback upfront. It would be really helpful if those internal questions did not pull over into the new application, giving me a fair chance to review the new request and get in contact with that organization if necessary!
