Allow Custom Registration Fields for Custom Columns
If custom fields are created on the registration form for organizations OR applicants, currently those fields are not available to be added in Custom Columns. It would be really helpful to have this functionality for visibility when coding payments, classifying applicants, and for eligibility.

I'm thinking this would address something we're looking for: color coding organizations based on concern level. We are using green, yellow, red outside of Foundant to track when an organization has a situation we want to keep an eye on, such as tough financial position, leadership transition, or challenging board situation. Would be great to have a way to color code organizations and also see that anytime you're looking at a group of organizations.

Adding a comment to keep this idea going. I would love to be able to fully customize our columns instead of having columns that are fixed but do not apply to our process in any way.

This will help my scholarship site the most because we fund children of employees of multiple companies. The registration form captures the specific company and hire date of the employee. This information is only accessible if I click EDIT on the individual contact. Pulling these details into the application would allow me to sort the waffle columns and make my workflow smoother.
