Merge Templates and Print Packets
Right now, Foundant does not allow you to create and format a Merge Template that you can then use as the Print Packet associated with each form. The editing capabilities for the Print Packets are extremely limited and there is certainly room for formatting and content improvements. It would be very helpful if admins were able to create and format a Merge Template in a way that is most supportive for their team and evaluators and use that as the Print Packet.

Working with the success team and support, I found it very straight forward to make the changes that I wanted once I understood some basics of how the templates are used. For those of us with the skills to understand the code and make the changes ourselves, it should be made easier for us to access the templates and upload and test them in Sandbox at least.
Some documentation is definitely needed and it should be an ability left to Super Admins (a level that is missing).
