On a couple of occasions, I have accidentally reverted an application from application draft to LOI draft. Unfortunately, this erases all entries that were made to the application. I would like to see if this can be altered to allow all information that is entered in application draft to be retained. Otherwise, the applicant must re-enter all information and upload associated documentation again. I understand this is my mistake, but this is not a user friendly feature. Thank you.
