Search Function

I have struggled sometimes to find an org or project because I do not type it in exactly as it was done at the outset. Is it possible to have more of a search function that operates like Google to find ones that are closely related?

    I think what could help with this would be to broaden the fields that are indexed for search. For example, if we could have the option for custom fields to be indexed (ex. if we added a "DBA" field or "previous names" field or "also known as" field) that would help improve the search functionality. As it stands, we're cramming in previous names into the "Organization Name" field so that we can still find it if we search by the previous name which is not ideal when we're syncing databases to our marketing database (that's extraneous info we don't want in that field).
