We have renewable scholarships and ask the students to fill out a shortened version of the application for their renewal award. We just had a student fill out their shortened renewal application, but when I went to review it, there were internal admin-only questions that were already answered! I double checked the process and they are listed as internal so the student shouldn't have been able to see those questions so how was he able to answer them?

It turns out the student used the Copy Process feature to copy answers from his original application to help him fill out the renewal application. While doing this, it also copied over the answers from our internal admin-only questions. We have internal admin-only questions that we fill out before we mark an application as complete. These questions help remind us to check for certain things like making sure their GPA matches or that their document opens correctly. But we need to fill them out each year for each new application, even if the applicant started with the Copy Process feature.

It doesn't make sense to me that the applicant was able to auto-fill answers to questions that he doesn't even have the permission to see that he was filling out. That feels like a glitch that should be solved.
