Allow images without having to use a rich text only box
There used to be a feature where you could insert an image to the instructions box of a form even if the added question did not have the option for rich text. It would be great if we could get that back! The image that used to be in one of our forms is now broken and I haven't been able to get it back (it says the image cannot be loaded from the passed link.)
