Default Settings in Rich Text Editor
Currently, there is no option to define a default Font Family, Font Size, or Line Height other than the system’s predefined defaults. Each time a user switches a lane or section, the text formatting automatically resets to the system default, requiring users to reapply their preferred settings manually.
Proposed Enhancement:
Allow users or administrators to configure and save default text formatting preferences (Font Family, Font Size, and Line Height) according to project or organizational requirements. These settings should persist across lanes, sections, and sessions.
Use Cases:
Brand Consistency: Teams can maintain a consistent visual identity across all documentation or workflow notes by defining a unified font style and size.
Productivity: Frequent users save time by avoiding repetitive manual formatting after every lane or section change.
Accessibility: Users with visual needs can set larger or more readable fonts as their default preference without adjusting settings repeatedly.
Customization: Different departments or workflows can define their own default text styles to align with internal standards.
