Automatic email for LOI/Application when moved from Submitted to Complete
When we move from LOI or Applications from Submitted to Complete - an automatic email to be sent would allow an applicant to know where the application was in the process. It would be an efficient way for us to communicate with applicants.

Agreed. More email functionality in general would be amazing. Being able to send multiple automated reminder emails at different intervals, having the option to send emails at various workflow stages, etc.
