Ability to Hide Future Installment and Follow-Up Forms or Configure Open and Close Dates
In SLM, we award many multi-year and renewable scholarships that require students to complete a new installment or follow-up form each year. Currently, all future forms are visible in the student portal, even though they are not intended to be completed until future years. This often creates confusion because students can begin filling out the forms, but cannot submit them until the appropriate year.
It would be helpful to have the ability to hide assigned forms until a specified date, or have them open during a selected timeframe instead of just a specific closed date. For example, a student receiving a four-year scholarship could be assigned all four installment forms at once, but only see the current year's form. Future forms would automatically become visible when their submission period opens. Just like an application being open and closed on a certain date, I'd love to be able to open and close renewable/multi-year scholarship installment/follow-up forms.
This feature would ensure students provide updated enrollment information when each year's installment is due. Thanks!
