Batch print packets for closed requests
It would be helpful if we could batch print packets for CLOSED grant requests. For instance, we often use Requests and Decisions to pull up all closed requests for a process, then open each one to download the final grant report packets, merge them, then send them to our committees. It's a cumbersome and time-consuming process. While we could (and have) built reports to do this, it doesn't include the attachments, which we also need.
