A client was frustrated with the GLM portal because it’s not user-friendly. They couldn’t submit feedback on the idealab page, so I’m sharing it here:
more intuitive and descriptive labels, and someone who is customer facing should talk through the workflow that happens with each page with the techy software developers.You will see the same two ikons for pdfs. One on the left and one on the right. There is no label for these. But if you think to hover, you find the one on the left is print submission and the one on the right is view submission. Two different actions for the same exact icon. When I go to view submission, I think I will be looking at the application that is submitted. But I that is not what I am seeing.Through trial and error, I clicked on the Project Name and got to the second screen shot. You can see from that screen shot that I have the Application tab selected, but the button on the right says Approval Packet. No matter which tab, I select on the left, the button on the right says Approval Packet. I wasn't looking for the approval packet.
