  1. Found another missing comma - when doing a transfer, there is no comma in the amount field. And unlike other areas, there is no chance to review on another screen with a comma before it posts (like a voucher or a journal entry). You type the number, tab off the field, and have to click transfer and the transaction is done. Commas should insert in the field as you type like it does now in Vouchers.

  2. It would be good to have the option to add the name of the approver to a journal entry report to show that it was approved. It is currently not a merge field for reporting.

  3. Currently, on the fund statement templates, under the grants options, you can only pull in grant date and not the actual payment/voucher date. Our fundholders look at the statements like bank reconciliations so the payment/voucher date would be helpful as sometimes our grant date is a week before the payment is made.

  4. I'm new to this software and find our current RSVP process super cumbersome for donors, especially for events that require meal selections. The webpage requires adding the guest to the "cart" then we expect donors to go back and select meal options. Not sure if this is whether the process would be streamlined if we added an events module, or if perhaps we just don't know how to set things up correctly. A more user-friendly donor registration experience is highly desirable!

  5. I appreciate the simplified process for adding pictures/images to a profile. I used to have the ability to zoom and reposition the image before making it final. That was especially helpful as we rely heavily on social media posts and other sources for our images. It's nice to crop and zoom to get the best image for that profile.

    Please consider bringing back the zoom feature. Thank you!

  6. Not all fund advisors are "fund advisors". They could have access because they are part of a committee, or on staff as the finance or development team. would be nice to more clearly identify these folks from true fund advisors, the one we take directions from on fund.

  7. Hi, I like the recruiting/volunteer options in the opportunity section. Unfortunately, the opportunity access right doesn't give me the option to allow BOT to access only recruiting applicants without seeing the fundraising opportunities. I'll suggest 2 options:
    1-Having access right by the "Opportunity Type"
    2-Move the volunteer and recruiting members options to another tab for more flexibility.
    It will be a great tool for BOT members to add tasks/notes for incoming members before the election.

  8. From the task list, you should be able to mark all or multiple tasks complete, similar to how you can do so with the "Approve All" feature in the grants bucket.

  9. Create a way to add guests to a campaign without having to create a profile.
    Example- We host a scholarship awards dinner that allows the recipient to bring up to two guests. We don't need to know the names. We just need to add the total number to the campaign.

  10. Please add the option to export the chart of accounts from Home > Accounts and the option to sort by different fields within Csuite. Both are basic functions of every other accounting system I've worked with. Need for audit, creating new accounts (currently have to review multiple COA categories to determine if number is in use), and for analysis.

  11. I would like the ability to combine grant vouchers with AP vouchers when the same profile is used to produce a single check or ACH. This happens often for us since some of our little grants are paid by our credit card. When it's time to pay the bill, two, or on some occasions, more than two checks get generated even when the checkbox for combining vendors is checked.

  12. Please bring back the option to exclude individual scholarships from being charge a scholarship fee.

    We just found out that this is no longer available. When we have to redo a scholarship, and depending on the reason for the reissue, we do not always charge a scholarship fee,

    It was so convenient when, all we needed to do was click on 'exclude' on the scholarship screen. We have been informed that we now have to do journal entries or modify the admin fee settings.

  13. When grants are canceled after submission, can the donor receive an email confirmation to confirm? Some have called us to confirm that the grant was canceled on our end.

  15. In the same manner as this original idea (that has been archived) and the comments, we are looking for a way to send an acknowledgement letter in bulk when we receive interfund grants. (Or even if they ended up in the donation tab that has the existing option to bulk create letters)

  16. When reworking our statement template we put the "generateddate" adjacen to "createddate" (date the fund was created) and were surprised the formats for the dates were different (see screenshot showing results). The format should be consistent.

  19. I'd REALLY like to be able to remove certain profile fields we don't use. I'd also like to be able to rename certain profile fields. Lastly, I'd like to change the order of some of the fields in profiles so the ones we use more can be at the top and the ones we do not use can move to the bottom.
