  1. Is there a way we can select a Profile Type and add profiles to that type instead of having to go into each individual profile, edit and add the Profile type?

    • 11/21/2023: Dashboards: Added drillable fields to the remaining dashboards: Opportunities, Campaigns, Grants, Grantees, Vendors, Vouchers, Scholarships, Students. Users will now be able to drill down from the charts, graphs, and number to see the custom reports from where the data is populated. Users will see that the mouse will turn into a pointer on the fields that are drillable.
  3. I would like to have the option of selecting the order of the funds promoted on the donation page instead of just by group. Some of our funds are in a specific group but I would like them in a different order based on the time of year.

  4. We need more than one way to find recurring grants, specifically have recurring grants listed on the fund's record. For example if a donor calls and asks what recurring grants they have set up, I am unable to go to their fund record and see their recurring grants. There is not even a field or button that identifies they have a recurring grant. I have have to go into recurring grants and then filter or do an F lookup. Stewards have no easy way to see who has a recurring grants in their portfolio.

  5. Hello, recently we noticed that in the grant catalog if a donor clicks the donation button and a recommendation goes through the donor portal, the internal grant does not pick up the organization's name that they are donating to. If we process a grant manually through "add funding" it does appear the organization's name and purpose. Can we get these to match and show the organization name and purpose for our records?

  6. Add 'type of profile' in the dropdown that appears when searching for a profile as it would be very helpful to know which profiles are Organizations, Individuals, or Households.

  7. It would be helpful to have options for the new household choice on the donation portal --

    EITHER an option to provide guidance on what to include in the household name (we have found that people are just entering the last name with no first names and we always include first names with the last name on the household).

    OR the option to disable the household option on the donation portal. We are finding this is not really saving us much time. What we found in the past, when people wanted the donation to show both names, they will add…

    The following enhancement was released on 10/18/2023:  NOTE:  This must be enabled in Donation>Settings to allow online donations from a Household.  

    Donations: Added a new setting for Donations. This will allow clients to enable the Household giving option on the Donation Portal. This will be a new Setting labeled: Enable Household Giving. Clients will need to enable this option for the Household Radio button to appear on the Donation Portal.

  8. On the new Home Page in Sandbox, please make the headings bold and larger font. It is difficult to distinguish the headings amongst all the same fonts. Is it possible to space the rows out a bit? Everything feels very squished and a lot of empty space at the bottom. Bring back the larger heading for the quick menu, as we have in Prod now. We don't have our Company logo anymore??

  9. When creating a recurring grant, it would be much more efficient if certain fields were available to be initially populated. These include the grant advisor, the grant letter template, the grant type, service area, any custom fields, as well as the grant award letter template. Otherwise, these need to be populated every time the grant occurs each time, causing additional work.

    10/12/2023: Grants: Added the ability to add a Grant Advisor to Recurring Grants on creation or edit.  This will allow foundations to create Recurring Grants with an Grant Advisor in the backend, instead of having to login into the Fund Advisor portal.  Recurring Grants will now populate the Grant Type, Template, and Service Area once the grant has been created. Grant Type and Service Area will populate from the Grantee Record and if there aren't any from the Fund Record. Any Grant Custom Fields will still need to be completed on the created grants. 

  10. Wow, this new home page design is a lot to take in... Any chance you can make the icons smaller in the first two rows on the new home page design? I'm finding it difficult to scan across and find what I need with all of the noise.

  11. When a fund advisor enters an incorrect password more than the number configured in Settings, their account is locked. The error message simply reads "Account locked out" with no instructions for what steps to take to resolve the problem.

    At this point, I would think that the lock would require them to contact us to unlock their account before allowing them to login again. However, they can login if they reset their password.

    If they do reset their password, the account is STILL LOCKED. If they do not contact us to unlock their account, they have to reset their password…

    9/22/2023: Fund Advisors: Resolved an issue with Fund Advisors being locked out, but the forgot password will still require the foundation to unlock their account.  Fund Advisors reset password email will now unlock the Fund Advisor once they select the reset password link and reset their password. 

  12. We have a group of staff who are working on grant vouchers at the same time that do not break down by fund group, subgroup, steward, etc. We would like a way to filter the Grant Voucher Bucket to show grants created by a specific user (employee). Is that possible?

    Released 1/4/2024:  Enhanced Dashboards to have Custom Report Filters. Users will now see a Filter hyperlink at the top of a Dashboard. Once filter has been selected, users will see a list of Custom Report Filters that are available to apply to the Dashboard. Current year will be a default filter for dashboards. If a graph does not populate once a filter is applied, the filter may not pertain to that graph.  You can remove the current year date filter and apply a new date range by adding a new filter.

  15. I wish there was a way to edit the Address Types in CSuite. Our Address Types were imported from FIMS. We need to updated and add some address Types. I have a Profile that has a PO Box for mail but they have a different address for the business location. We didn't have an Address Type for this in FIMS and now we are stuck with old information and no way to label the extra address on the profile with a valid Address Type.

    If I am understanding the problem correctly, there is an option to add and edit address types.  In Profiles, select Profile Types from the left side menu.  There is an option in the left side menu to add an address type.  You can also select the ID of the address type you would like to edit.

  16. I am concerned of the cost of Stripe - It seems to be creeping up. The last example I pulled it was 3.6%, yet we tell a donor it's 3%. Has anyone else noticed this? $200 donation was charged $6.10 for the Stripe fee (3.05%) - then we were charged $7.22 (3.6%).

  17. The history of grants from and gifts to a fund is important information to have at our fingertips! Please put the History button back on the main page of the Fund Module (it was removed in the recent update). We shouldn't have to go through multiple clicks to get to it!

  18. When creating spendables where you have added a grantee beneficiary to funds. Can you please allow Fund names to be listed for users to select "By Fund" and not by a Group? Creating spendable by a group or groups makes it very confusing to work with as so many grants appear in the Grants/New bucket at the same time.

It would be VERY helpful to be able to Filter on all the Financial reports by Investment Strategy to assist with reviewing fund activity via Trial Balances for special group of funds that do not participate in the pool. It is very easy to book donations, grants and vouchers to incorrect funds.

  20. Please provide a way to regenerate the batched PDF/Word doc files after an individual fund's statement has been regenerated. We have multiple people who review fund statements before publishing and being able to regenerate the entire PDF/Word batch to save the FINAL version outside of Csuite is needed.
