pop up notification for fund advisors
When we have information to share, we would like the option to add a pop up message to the fund advisor portal for each fund group (designated, donor advised...) when an advisor logs in. One example would be to donor advised fund holders letting them know when a grant catalog is open.

Scholarships - Add "Complete All" option in Paid bucket
It would be very helpful to have a Complete All option in the Scholarships Paid bucket (just as it is in the Grants Paid bucket). Currently, we have to click into each scholarship record and choose Complete one-by-one.

We should be able to email all files.

Highlight open Opportunities in red like Tasks
The task header has a red box around it when you're assigned a task. It would be helpful to have a similar red box highlight around the opportunities header when you have an open opportunity assigned to you.

Unpost or Delete Reclass Entries
Reclass entries are unable to be changed once posted. It would be great if we could have an option to unpost/edit/delete those like we do Journal Entries if needed.

I would like to have a scheduled report of the items in the cart on the fund advisor portal. The scheduled report would provide our Donor Relations team with a prompt for the items in the cart that haven't been processed.

Bulk Edit Notes
Just like we can delete bulk notes, it would be nice to have an edit option to change task type, who, etc.
We have notes that were imported (more than 19,000) from our conversation in 2019 that we are now getting around to sorting through. It would be nice to bulk add the name of the employee for specific notes.

Searchable Fund Public Name
Make the fund public names searchable. This is used when searching a profile name a/o the legal name. Why can we only search for the fund name, but not the public name of a fund?

Unsubmitted Grant Requests- Change button wording and add back button
Please change the "Review and Submit Grant Requests" to just "Submit Grant Requests". There is no review feature in the next screen, there is nothing to do but to submit them from there. Also, please add a BACK button at the final submit screen. If someone does see an error prior to submitting, they have no identifiable way to edit the grant recommendation. They have to know to click the back arrow of the browser. Not good UX experience. Or, save the review and have the second screen contain the edit, delete and submit buttons all on the same screen.

profile type - move save button to top of page
When you are in a profile and edit profile type, it would be great if there was also a save button at the top of the screen. If you click that you want to 'none', you still have to scroll all the way to the bottom to save. It's pretty minor but when you are updating a lot of profiles, it would be really helpful. Thanks.

More Granular Filters in Log Reports
When we try to filter specific changes in Custom Reports for Log Messages, the filter options are too limited. There is no way to get Log Reports for all the email address changes, or email inactive/primary changes.
For example, if I put contain "email change" in the filter for Log Message, it will only show log messages that start with "email changed from". However, there are still other email-change log messages like "Email 752 [email] changed from [] to [abcdefg @ xyz]". These log message won't be able to be filtered in anyway, because the keywords "email" and "change" are…

printing giving catalog requests
In grant catalogs, when organizations post their requests, could they print the information they entered, when done (submitted)? This way, they would have a copy to refer to later. We do this for them right now, and yes, it's cumbersome.

grant catalog - option to save application & file notification
It would be really helpful if the grant catalog
1) allowed for applicants who are submitting funding requests to the grant catalog the ability to save their application
2) had some sort of notification/confirmation that the documents submitted were actually uploaded. Currently the files aren't even visible in the review before submission. It would be great if we could use the FUND ID to search for a fund, similar to how we can search by short name.

Checks to Vendors
It would be great to be able to print checks as one per vendor and individual invoices in the same check run. We have scholarship checks to the university that we want to run separately for each student and then vendor checks that we only need one check for the vendor. Maybe this could be a setting on the vendor/grantee profile?

Add vendor account number to voucher memo
It would be nice to have the account number added to the vendor profile to automatically fill in the check memo line in vouchers with the ability to change it if needed.

Profile address entry improvement suggestions
I would love to have an integrated address validation tool in CSuite. It would also be helpful if City and State fields could be converted to a dropdown with editing privileges? It would limit errors and could speed up address entry. If we had a City table with editing privileges, we could minimize spelling errors in city names. I would love to be able to set a default state? I realize you have clients in other countries and with editing privileges, they could add their states to the field. Just thoughts on ways to improve our addresses.

Stripe - different donation type options
We use Stripe as our merchant processor. Stripe does not allow for various "donation types" such as Endowment gift or Unrestricted gift. Our default revenue account is "Unrestricted gifts" since many of our donations are that category; however, we have many endowment funds that received donations via Stripe. For these, we have to unpost the endowment donation, edit the donation type, and then repost. This action sends another notification to the fund advisor of a donation.
