  1. Ability to link (preferably automatically) the credit card fees associated with a campaign ticket purchase to the campaign on the statement of activities.

    This would provide more complete financial data related to a specific campaign/event

  2. It would be very beneficial if there were column views on ALL of the financial reports. There are column views on the balance sheet and income statement.... but can it please be integrated in the trial balance and detail trial reports? There are certain reports we ran and need from FIMS that we could get exactly what we wanted if we had this option.

  3. When generating the admin fees, I would like to see the total calculation that the fee is being processed on. It shows in a description box but not in a column on it's own (nor does it show the total). Would be very helpful to make sure fees are calculating on portfolio balances accurately. This was something that FIMS included on their admin fee report, it showed both the full portfolio balance along with the fee column.

  4. Please split the Voucher bucket into 2 different buckets. One for Vouchers that have been created and one for items awaiting voucher. It is very confusing to try and figure out if an error is made or something missed when creating grant vouchers and having them stay in the same bucket once created.

  5. I have them do the walk me trainings but I would love deeper dive new hire training videos that I could assign (beyond the walk me trainings) upon starting work? I have all our initial trainings saved but so much has changed in CSuite since we initially became a client in 2021.

    I am aware of YouTube but that is by date order and mostly updates. Looking for a subset of area specific trainings, grants vs development vs finance vs marketing.

  6. It would save a lot of time if you could search for a specific check by check number (A/P or Grant). Instead of having to scroll through pages of checks, being able to go straight to a specific check that you have the number for would save a lot of time! Especially since banks are having a lot of positive pay exceptions that have to be rechecked on a daily basis.

  7. We love the new user interface but the font is rather small for some of our users. It would be amazing to have the ability for each user to pick from a Small, Medium, Large font size

    Using CTRL and Zooming in Zooms the entire browser (all tabs, no matter the website) meaning other websites are now huge font.

  9. Currently, the report shows "void of check" in the description, but if it included the check number (or had a specific field for check number) that would be incredibly helpful. We currently need to run a void check report which lists all voids and cross reference, which isn't great.

  10. We so appreciate the ability to email our grant letters, thank you for bringing that improvement! I imagine this will be more difficult to pull off on a technical level than some other suggestions being made for improvement, so this falls into the category of "shoot for the stars!"

    Would it be possible for you to enable the ability to EDIT the grant letters before emailing them? Despite our having many templates in place, to try and cover all of our various scenarios, we find ourselves often having to make edits to the grant letters we generate for printing.

  12. How cool would it be if you could add a sticky note/flag to a portal log in (kind of like you can do with sticky notes in CSuite). I don't mean an attached file. I mean more like a flag that appears only for selected portal logins that tells that specific portal user something special.

  14. It would be great to have an optional pronoun field on donation forms, so those donating online can self-select their preferred pronouns. This would help with donor relations and making sure future communications with donors are informed and respectful.

  15. It would be great to be able to link tasks to the stages of an opportunity. Opportunities with tasks has the possibility to create a wonderful roadmap; however, not all stages take the same amount of time to be accomplished. When fostering relationships or solicitating money, these opportunities are dependent on each individual experience, independent of each other. While one relationship may take days, another may take months or even years.   16. It would HUGELY helpful for us to have more than 250 characters in the grant description field on grants for longer descriptions and details that the grantee needs to receive without having to create multiple custom fields on the fund or profile to pull into the letter.

    We share our designated scholarship criteria in this way, and those can be anywhere between 1000-3000 characters.

  17. It would be nice to have a feature to sync attachments in GLM &/or CSuite over to the other rather than having to attach in both places. Ideally, we would be able to pick which attachments we want to sync over. For Community Grants, we start our process in GLM so we start attachments here and then sync to CSuite for final processing. For Donor Advised/Designated Granting we start in CSuite and include attachments here then sync over to GLM for tracking purposes.

  20. We have multi payment and multi year interfund grants/donations that sometimes need to be canceled or reversed. Right now they cannot be canceled unless you pretend to pay it and the pretend to pay it back by the receiving fund. There should be the ability to reverse the unpaid Receivable/Payable without pretending to pay it.
