  1. When putting in a budget for a fund, is there a way to have it not spread evenly out over the 12 month period? For example, can you allocate different % to different quarters? Like 20% Q1, 25% Q2, 35% Q3 etc. I know there is a manual way where you can put in a specific number for each month, but automating this with % amounts per quarter/month would be great.

In the portal there is now the option to see household donations, which is a feature we highly requested that was implemented recently (https://idealab.foundant.com/forums/597718-communitysuite-idea-lab/suggestions/48809117-household-donations-on-donor-portal). However, if a profile does not have the donor designation, they are unable to see the donor portal when they log in as a fund advisor, thus are unable to benefit from seeing the household donations. In order to allow these profiles to see the household donations, I'd like a bulk way to set the donor designation on to profiles. This way they can have access to the portal. Otherwise, this household donation visible…

  3. On the Custom Reports page, have option to sort by Date Last Run oldest - newest. This would help with cleaning up old reports if the report list is lengthy and if they haven't been run in a few years.

  4. Can we add sponsored org to the profile of a organization. This would be helpful so if we create a check for an org, that sponsor automatically goes on the check and gets paid. This will also help with record keeping when we pay grantees.

  7. With new sandbox release on 11/19/24- Be able to rename a report on a one time basis on the print screen. Instead of in the settings where you can change the name for "Balance Sheet, Income Statement, etc" as the default name, we want it on the print screen. There are options to rename the columns, but let's add it for the report name on the same screen for a one off basis. :)

  9. When I complete a recurring task, it would be a nice to have the option to add a note. Currently, when clicking complete on a recurring task, the task disappears, and the next recurrence is added to the profile. For other tasks without a recurrence, there is an option to add a note. Please add this flexibility. Thank you!

  10. Please allow the address of a nonprofit to be unlisted on the directory. We have organizations who work from a home and they don't want their street address to be public. Since it pulls from their main profile, there isn't a way to hide it without hiding it from all purposes.

  11. It would be helpful if we could have more than one Donation Advisor (i.e. soft credit) on all gifts. For example, if a couple gives through a commercial DAF or trust, we can only add one of the members of the couple or the household. If we add the household as the donation advisor, the gift history will only show on the household. That information doesn't flow down to the individuals. But if we add one of the two spouses, that information will roll up to the household. If we could add both spouses, that would be ideal.

  13. Please add the ability to have custom fields on vendors. I'd like to be able to flag those who are corporations, or otherwise meet a 1099 exception so never need a 1099.

  14. When emailing statements from Fund Statement Grouping, the file attachment reads "statement.pdf" for all statements that are emailed. Having the name of the fund would be helpful for those who received several statements. We have complaints from advisors of their difficulty when receiving them when they all say the same thing. Example: Advisor has 6 different funds with us, each fund has an Agency and Donor portion. They receive 12 emails with all of them having attachments that read "statement.pdf". I've inquired through Support who said it wasn't possible, and have searched through Idea Lab and haven't found anything on…

  16. Pool of Investments would be a nice field to have on the portal as it would show the current cash balance. Is there a way to pull asset balances (specifically investment pool figures) in as a new field on Fund Summary? Current Balance accounts for pledges receivable and grant payables - so for funds that have receivables or payables, Current Balance doesn't reflect what's actually in the fund (from a fundholder's perspective).

  17. The new functionality to get MFA by email has now ADDED more clicks for users who have been regularly using MFA apps/PIN. Now we have to select the PIN option before entering. Can we make PIN the default and if someone wants the code by email, they can click that option? Usability and the number of clicks a normal user has to make really needs to be taken into account when making updates to the system. New functionality should try to avoid add more work to the common user.

  18. In the new portal, the Steward is listed in the middle of the fund financials. After the numbers but before the charts. It was at the top of the page in the previous portal, which made more sense. Can we move it out of the middle of the fund financials?

  19. Please add a field so that the subject line of the guest link email can be changed. While the recent updates to allowing for the email body content are great, they still do not solve the issue that individuals will not open emails that look like spam, and the current subject line looks like spam.

    The current subject line is: Event Ticket Portal Link.

    Refrencing this recent update: Portal Options-Giving Hub Content-Campaigns: Added a Resend Guest Link Content area. This will allow users the ability to customize the resend guest link content.

  20. I would like to see the design and position of the "Logout" button to be changed within Csuite so it's easily distinguished from "Portal," "Reports" and the other menu options.

    Most user interfaces have the logout option at one corner of a page and usually the font or design is different so it's not mistaken for another menu option. After the update adding the "Portal" option to the menu bar at the top of CSuite, I find myself sometimes misclicking and accidentally logging myself out.
