Yes! Or a way to auto assign an internal reviewer to the follow up report. It is time consuming to go into each submitted report, find out what staff member reviewed the application, and assign them the follow up to review.

Not sure if I am in the correct space for this comment. I would like one person at an organization to be "administrator" for that organization. Large organizations keep making multiple logins and the executive director or finance person have no idea what is going on. If they could see all applications being submitted like administrators do, it would be very helpful. School districts are the worst. Teachers go rogue. I have a school district with 58 active emails and the business office has no idea.

To add to the customize status idea, it would be great to have stages in the status option. Our applications go through multiple layers of review (staff, committee, board, notification, etc.) and to be able to say which stage the application is in would be stress reducing for applicants. Even more so for applicants that have multiple application in multiple processes.

A status of "withdrawn" would be helpful. I have wanted this status before but now, as a result of COVID-19, it would be even more helpful. Several applicants submitted applications that were on track to be approved but they withdrew them because the program could not move forward. Denied seems harsh and in ten years you will have to go in and read the comments to find out it was actually denied but withdrawn.

I am coming back to this thread to see if it has gained any momentum. The spring grant round was very interesting. Two applicants were technically denied because they could not be funded through the process where they applied. However, they will still be receiving funding. Denied is still freaking them out. The third applicant withdrew their application because they realized they are not in a place to apply. Denied is freaking them out because we said they could apply next year. Also new staff members do not always drill down past seeing denied and assume it cannot be funded "Withdrawn" would ease the anxiety on both sides.

I am checking to see if there is any progress on this idea. We would like to track our grantee site visits in GLM instead of another document. But when they cannot be exported, we have to go organization by organization to read the information. To have it on each application would be amazing also. It would be easier to track a specific project over multiple years.

This would be very helpful. The same person that creates our payment letters is not the person that creates checks. It adds additional steps to the process.
