    At the very least, could applicants be able to see a list of Contacts from their view along with a prompt to contact our office if anyone needs to be made inactive? Often times, folks call to request a password change and while we are talking with them, they are shocked to discover that "so and so is still listed; she left 8 years ago" I would be happy to brainstorm about this if you convene a focus group.
