Hi Mark, Thank you for the feedback. The one tricky part about requested amount is that it is a custom field and not a system field in 2026 we may be looking at how we can create more system fields, or creating coding that would help us know what fields are similar across clients to use in scenarios like this.

If I am reading correctly, this idea has been active since 2015! I do not see it available in GLM today. There are times when an organization or board requests that an application be withdrawn, and marking these as denied is misleading.
We created a dropdown on the denial form to mark it as Withdrawn on the denial form, the applicant portal still displays the application as Denied, which can cause confusion and misrepresentation. A distinct Withdrawn status that displays accurately on the portal would better reflect intent and improve transparency for applicants and funders.
