We are continuing to understand the needs and workflows for emails that need to come back into the system.
What providers are people using?
Are there emails other than responses to system messages that need to live in the system?
If an email was sent in relation to a request, example for submitted, where would you want to view that email from?
Any thoughts are very helpful

this is critical to reducing the length of the creation process. I have had this functionality is less robust platforms. I like groups for sectioning, but it can be cumbersome for branching logic. For example: Please set 1-3 goals as a drop-down that would control how many fields to create. This should all be contained in one group called "Goals". Being able to branch via groups or individual questions would be helpful.
