We would like this additional email option, as well. Currently we are emailing between ourselves internally letting each other know when a grant report is approved and marked "complete" which can then trigger a payment. It would be so helpful to be able to set an automated email trigger to admins when a follow up is marked "complete" which could streamline our workflow to process payment.
In general, we would love more open email options to be able to select an automated email to trigger based on a status change.

I'm a new admin to Foundant and am a little surprised that there isn't a second organization name field that is searchable within the system. Some funders will want to use the Organization Name field as the legal name and add a DBA field that is also searchable, while other funders would do the opposite and use the Organization Name field as the DBA and add a Legal Name field. The key is to make both fields searchable so that we can choose what option works best for communications and reporting through the system.
Please add this to the roadmap or let us know what the challenges are and why it isn't doable at this time.

I agree. I would love an "other" or "comments" short answer option within a multiple choice question rather than having to create a second question to capture comments on a prior question.
