Would you give them access to all of the metrics? Do they need any filtering or can they have the same view as you?
An error occurred while saving the comment Debbie Mueller commentedIt would be helpful for our program officers to be able to view the dashboard. It would provide them quick access to see how much funding has been awarded for a given process so they can determine whether to recommend an applicant apply in that process or not.

I'd really like to share it with other internal users at the Foundation, i.e. those with the Grants Manager role in the system. It would be great if all Administrator Roles had access to it, rather than just the Administrator role. Or if we could specify the roles, or the specific users, that could have access to it.

An error occurred while saving the comment Debbie Mueller commentedAgreed. If I've set the ability for all applicants within an organization to view all applications for the organization, to me that really means they should have the ability to view the whole request, in the same way that the person who applied can. If there is concern that some clients of GLM want to prevent others from a grantee organization from seeing the follow up forms, while allowing them to view the application and LOI, you could refine the switch to specify the access allowed.

An error occurred while saving the comment Debbie Mueller commentedProcesses on the Apply page look similar to groups on a form. Assuming that's what they are, or that they behave similarly, default them to be collapsed. The applicant would then have to choose one and expand it in order to apply (though you'd have to move the Apply button to the footer with the Preview and Send to GrantHub buttons, as well as hid the footer when the process group is collapsed).

An error occurred while saving the comment Debbie Mueller commentedHi Sammie,
I'm sorry - I'm only just now seeing this. I'm unable to get a useful screenshot. If you look at the group titled "LOI Information" in the LOI form for the process "2023, Grant Cycle 2 (Fall)" that will provide you with an example of the complexity I'm talking about.Debbie Mueller shared this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Debbie Mueller commentedYes, I agree with Jola. It would be less onerous on our applicants if any given file upload question would allow multiple files, up to a total size limit, so they don't have to bother with editing individual files into a single one, i.e. their financials statements, or photos they want to share.
