Would you give them access to all of the metrics? Do they need any filtering or can they have the same view as you?

It would be helpful for our program officers to be able to view the dashboard. It would provide them quick access to see how much funding has been awarded for a given process so they can determine whether to recommend an applicant apply in that process or not.

I'm loving the metrics dashboard! I'd really like to share it with other internal users at the Foundation, i.e. those with the Grants Manager role in the system. It would be great if all Administrator Roles had access to it, rather than just the Administrator role. Or if we could specify the roles, or the specific users, that could have access to it.

Agreed. If I've set the ability for all applicants within an organization to view all applications for the organization, to me that really means they should have the ability to view the whole request, in the same way that the person who applied can. If there is concern that some clients of GLM want to prevent others from a grantee organization from seeing the follow up forms, while allowing them to view the application and LOI, you could refine the switch to specify the access allowed.

Hi Sammie,
I'm sorry - I'm only just now seeing this. I'm unable to get a useful screenshot. If you look at the group titled "LOI Information" in the LOI form for the process "2023, Grant Cycle 2 (Fall)" that will provide you with an example of the complexity I'm talking about.

As we look to implement our new Data Visualization tool this will be a new functionality.

Many of our deadlines are on a Friday (I don't want grantees working on weekends to meet any of our deadlines), so most of our notices go out on the weekend. I would like the ability to set the window for when auto-emails are sent (i.e. during working hours on a non-holiday weekday). I really do want our grantees to rest on weekends, holidays, and non-work hours and hate having auto-emails being sent on my/the Foundation's behalf at any of these times.

I currently color code questions in our forms so it's easy to spot which ones are internal. Additionally, I will sometimes segregate all internal questions in a separate group, if it makes sense for the form. Being able to set highlighting based on what the Visibility has been set to for a question would make this much quicker and more straightforward, as well as ensure consistency. The request seems to be not just about form design, but also about specific records (specific completed forms), so that questions on a particular applicant's form can be highlighted as a form is reviewed so that it can be easily spotted as something that needs attention or revisiting. So, two different functionalities. Both would be useful to me. I would want the ability to designate whether the highlight should be made visible to the applicant or not - it could be handy when communicating an issue to an applicant, but could also be something that you don't want the applicant to be alerted to - something for internal consideration only.

For those radio button and checkbox lists where we've included "Other", what we currently have is Other as the data in the checkbox field, then another field containing the user's response to the question "if you checked Other in the question above, please provide detail here". We'd prefer a single cell with "Other: text response".

I agree there is a need for a feature to help with organizing templates, though would prefer the ability to create my own folders/groupings for managing templates rather than having them automatically grouped by event type. Barring any other options though, grouping by event type would still be an improvement.
