Adding evaluators regardless of role
Currently, once evaluations have begun, if an evaluator does not hold the role that has been assigned for the evaluation (e.g. administrator instead of board member), we cannot add that evaluator unless we add give them that additional role. Is there a reason that the role of the evaluator must be specified at the time the process is configured and that it cannot be changed once evaluations have begun? It would be nice to be able to add evaluators for an application or LOI on the fly from a list of all GLM users within our foundation, instead of being…

new application email notification
It is possible to set up an email template to send when someone starts a new application?
Basically, we want to be able to send a welcome email to someone who starts a new application, encouraging them to contact a friendly grants staffer for coaching if needed, and to have our grants outreach specialist notified when a new application is started.

Multi-year Grants: Syncing Installments to CSuite
Please consider adding a warning in GLM that all multi-year grants synced to CSuite will be accounted for in that calendar year regardless of the date the installment is due.
We just ran into a situation where we synced multiple annual installments and had to cancel them. Once we did this GLM would not let us add future installments.
The result is a messy situation in GLM where we had to manually create a request to accommodate additional installments that is not connected to the application, first installment or grant report.
This could have been avoided with a simple flag…

Various Font Styles
Hello!
Please add various font styles! I would personally greatly appreciate it as many students see my name beginning with 2 LL's, when it's actually an i and a L.
Also, different fonts might be able to help students enhance their app such as in a resume section and add even more opportunities for applications to be accessible for students that have trouble with the current font.

Saskatchewan Time Zone Added
Have Saskatchewan Time Zone in GLM Settings
Saskatchewan time never changes so the current site settings do not work for us here in Saskatchewan.
ie. Our site reads 10am when it is 9am in SK.

Allow Evaluators to Batch Download Apps
I love that admins can now batch download apps but it would be super helpful if evaluators could as well rather than relying on admins to create evaluator packets. I have 25 or more reviewers each reviewing different sets of applications. I don't want to have to make 25 different packets (right now, I just instruct them on how to download apps but it would be great if I could say if you want to download them all, just...)

Add permission for users to access other users jobs
When creating payments for scholarships or grants, the letters are downloaded during the payment timeframe. It would be great and super easy if other users can access "My Jobs" and go there for the letters. (This could be either user specific or universal for all users)

Merge documents produce 1 page per request and does not allow to list requests on 1 page
docs produce1 page per request. It does not allow to list requests on one page. attached is the example. Instead of listing all on page, it produces a page per request.

Numbers of documents to show on organization level
It would be helpful to have numbers show up on the Documents and Comments tab at the Organization level to indicate that something is uploaded/added there, as they do at the Request level. Most of the time, we add comments or documents to the request level, but when an organization is in between grant cycles, I add it at the organization level and don't want important information to be missed

Make Administrator Comments a Merge Field in Email Templates

Prepopulate Answers in Decision Forms
It would be helpful to prepopulate answers in decision forms in the process manager, similar to how you can prepopulate follow up dates. That would allow for much easier approval and denial; it may even allow for batching.
Example: There may be a generic 2022 Approval Form that I could use across several processes. But in the process manager for a specific process, I could indicate the Board date, the program officer, the grant type, and any other filed on the form that is the same across all awards/denials for that opportunity. Enable Question Branching in Public Apply Link
I recently discovered that question branching does not work when an application is previewed via the Public Apply Link. This means that the feature is essentially useless if the bulk of the application is hidden depending on how the applicant answers the first question.
We had previously loved the Public Apply Link function as a way to show people an application before they had even made an account with Foundant (we had links to it on our website for prospective grantees). Would be great if student School info fields would go into their main contact info tab after they submit them in a follow up..
I know I can set columns to show that info on the followups complete tab, but now those kids are gone from the dashboard now that moved over in to csuite

Grants on Hold
There have been previous posts about having the ability to put a grant on hold (rather than approve or deny), but they haven't gotten much of a response. We would find this extremely helpful, and have been surprised that other funders don't seem to have a need for this. Perhaps a new post will get more of a response?
Examples for us include having an applicant org announce that the Exec Dir is leaving, and wanting to wait until the new ED is in place before funding (to ensure their priorities remain the same), needing to have a site visit…

denials
It would be helpful if, on the dashboard for a process, denials showed up. Right now, all I can see is those in draft mode. But once completed, they no longer show up on the dashboard. When looking at the status of a process, I think it's helpful to have that there to see an overall picture of where things stand.

New Change Log Wording
The more enhanced log is great but the language when the change is made in CSuite is a little confusing. I think clients will read that as Foundant changed something, not that it was done by their CSuite admins. I know the language is the same in CSuite if a change originated in GLM so updated in both softwares would be great. Perhaps just saying CommunitySuite as the user in GLM or GLM as the user in CSuite.

LOI Evaluations like Grant Evaluations
It would be very helpful if the LOI evaluation stage could have the same rules as the Application stage- 2 forms, staff evaluators and administrators can review, etc. It feels like every time we have a new LOI process we learn something new about how it doesn't work well for us...but it's always when we're halfway through using it.
