  1. It would be helpful when taking a quick glance at an organization to have an indicator on the comment tab with the number of comments that have been added, much like the indicator that appears when a document is uploaded. This would help to make clear a comment has been added.

  3. Having a feature to automatically run a report for x amount of time (e.g. monthly) and emailed to x people (e.g. way to insert email addresses)

  5. I have many email templates that are only slight variations of each other; they contain substantially the same language, with a few differences specific to the circumstances. Whenever the basic language needs an update, I have to access each template individually and make the update. I would like the ability to set up a "library" of phrases, or language "chunks", that I can insert references to in my emails, similar to how I can insert merge fields.   7. We have a listing of about 100 evaluators and 10 processes. When assigning evaluators to a process, I have to refer to a sheet of paper of the evaluators to assign to a process. It would be nice to have a field in the system, or on the user profile, that identifies the person as an specific Process evaluator, then that field can be added to the selection list. Or the possibility of creating an evaluator group for a specific process and assigning a group or an individual person. This would help with batch emailing evaluators also, because then I…

  9. Side by Side View - 'Text Box' Fix

    The side-by-side view for evaluations does not properly show all of the text for 'text box' type questions. To see the rest of the text a user must manually select the text to make the box scroll - this is nonsensical.

    Please make the text box answer area appear bigger or auto-fit so this is not a problem!

  10. As a scholarship Admin I want functionality to allow the system to randomly assign scholarship reviewrs.

    An Example: For Scholarship Committee A, I want the system to randomly split my 8 reviewers into 4 groups of 2, then auto assign 25% of the applications to 1 group of reviewers.

    This would reduce my work to evenly and randomly distribute scholarships for review.

  11. Doesn't anyone ever make a mistake?? Often when I go to back space/delete something, the wonky way the text formatting works inevitably messes me up and changes the font size or color. If that issue can't be remedied, an undo would be helpful!!

  12. In an LOI or Application, when you click on Edit Comment for the Administrator Comment box, you then ALSO have to put your curser in the box and click to be able to type a comment. It would be super helpful if it automatically put the curser in the box to type. That is why you open the box.

  13. Some of our reviewers have said that they evaluate differently at the beginning of their review process than the end of the review process, despite every effort to be consistent. One of them suggested that a way to mitigate reviewer "fatigue" or "learned bias" could be to randomize the order in which applications are listed in the dashboard of each reviewer on a grant review committee. What one person reviews first might be the next reviewer's 10th or 50th application to review in that process.

Currently, once evaluations have begun, if an evaluator does not hold the role that has been assigned for the evaluation (e.g. administrator instead of board member), we cannot add that evaluator unless we add give them that additional role. Is there a reason that the role of the evaluator must be specified at the time the process is configured and that it cannot be changed once evaluations have begun? It would be nice to be able to add evaluators for an application or LOI on the fly from a list of all GLM users within our foundation, instead of being…

  15. It is possible to set up an email template to send when someone starts a new application?

    Basically, we want to be able to send a welcome email to someone who starts a new application, encouraging them to contact a friendly grants staffer for coaching if needed, and to have our grants outreach specialist notified when a new application is started.

  16. Please consider adding a warning in GLM that all multi-year grants synced to CSuite will be accounted for in that calendar year regardless of the date the installment is due.

    We just ran into a situation where we synced multiple annual installments and had to cancel them. Once we did this GLM would not let us add future installments.

    The result is a messy situation in GLM where we had to manually create a request to accommodate additional installments that is not connected to the application, first installment or grant report.

    This could have been avoided with a simple flag…

  17. Hello!

    Please add various font styles! I would personally greatly appreciate it as many students see my name beginning with 2 LL's, when it's actually an i and a L.

    Also, different fonts might be able to help students enhance their app such as in a resume section and add even more opportunities for applications to be accessible for students that have trouble with the current font.

  19. Have Saskatchewan Time Zone in GLM Settings

    Saskatchewan time never changes so the current site settings do not work for us here in Saskatchewan.

    ie. Our site reads 10am when it is 9am in SK.

  20. I love that admins can now batch download apps but it would be super helpful if evaluators could as well rather than relying on admins to create evaluator packets. I have 25 or more reviewers each reviewing different sets of applications. I don't want to have to make 25 different packets (right now, I just instruct them on how to download apps but it would be great if I could say if you want to download them all, just...)
